Installation
The method of implementing a Barrisol stretch ceiling or false wall in 5 steps is summarized as follows.
- Substructure: The metal substructure (iron or aluminum) is installed by the company’s experienced specialists according to the form and volume approved by the client. This is done to facilitate the installation of Barrisol’s special aluminum railing system. It is important to note that this substructure installation is essential due to Barrisol’s stretchable nature and the forces exerted by the Barrisol covering on the surrounding space.
- Measurement: Precise measurements are carried out by the personnel of Ohanian Trading Company after the installation and completion of the metal substructure. These measurements are then sent to the Barrisol Normalo company (France) to manufacture the product tailored specifically for the project site.
- Rail Installation: Barrisol’s special aluminum rails are installed and fixed onto the metal substructure by the execution team of Ohanian Trading Company, following specific execution details tailored to the form and volume of each project.
- Equipment Installation: At this stage, the installation of lamp bases, special reinforcements for air vents, specialized lighting systems, fire detector systems, and other equipment is carried out either beneath or on top of the Barrisol ceiling.
- Ceiling or Wall Installation: At this stage, the Barrisol false ceiling or wall is installed by the company’s execution team using specialized tools and equipment. The installation is performed at a temperature close to 50°C, achieved through heaters or industrial hair dryers.
